Private Cooking Classes
All fees paid upon confirmation, in advance
Cancellation and date change fees may apply
No drinking of alcohol during class time.

Chef Instructor
$275 flat rate – 3 hour class – 1 to 3 students
$50 flat rate – each additional student
Series Classes
$250 per class – 3 or more classes – 1 to 3 students
$300 per class – 3 or more classes – 4 students
Price for additional students will be negotiated.

Additional Rates & Fees
Parking lot fees, if applicable
Tolls, if applicable
Driving fees: $45 per hour of driving
Additional/Alternative travel fees (to be negotiated based on location)

Reimbursements (to be paid at the end of class or party)
Ingredients purchased by the chef
Wine or alcohol purchased by chef
Equipment purchased by chef that is left with client

    Classes are all customized for each individual client, based on learning outcomes
    desired.  Theme/ethnic menus, cooking techniques and market classes are the most
    popular.  Recipe packets will be provided for each student.  Wine classes and Wine &
    Food Philosophy sessions are also great fun and can be customized to suit.  Wine
    related classes will include evaluation sheets, wine notes and maps.


Wine Classes – Lecture/Discussion & Tasting/Evaluation

  • Client  may choose to focus on any style of wine, fortified wine, beer or spirit.
  • Wine and Beverage is purchased by Professor, to be reimbursed upon day of class.
  • One bottle of each wine tasted is required for up to 12 students
  • Special situations involving rare and cellared wines may require additional deposit.  
  • Subject to wine availability, professor may substitute any wine based on her discretion.
  • Lecture materials and tasting packets are provided and included.
  • Client must supply glassware and be responsible for clean-up and rental return.   
  • All fees paid upon confirmation, in advance (75% and cost of wine, if applicable, is non-
    refundable in the event of cancellation).

Wine Professor
$200 plus wine and food, "Wine Class with Dinner" for couples 1.5 to 2 hours
$375 plus wine for any wine class up to 8 people
$35 plus wine each additional person

$350 flat fee for any series of classes up to 8 people
$35 flat rate for each additional person

  • A cheese and fruit platter is available for wine classes, starting at $40, depending on the
    number of people and quality of cheese.
  • All other food must be from an outside caterer and paid for by client.

Assistant/Dishwasher available - $100 flat rate - $50 non-refundable deposit
